Our Services Standard production includes cold-rolled steel up to
3/8" thick or stainless steel up to 1/4" thick, though we specialize in
producing custom enclosures to meet your specifications listed by Underwriters
Laboratories Inc., for NEMA 1 and NEMA 4/4X environments.
Laser NC Technology
Utilizing an Amada CNC laser sheet metal
cutting table (model RC 2415 - 1500 watt) allows flexibility in production. Set-up and
revisions are as simple as a software change, since hard-tooling and fixtures are not
required. Lot sizes as small as 1 piece can be produced efficiently.
Painting
Our Nordson 5 stage polyester powdercoating
line, that can also be used with a batch oven for larger products, provides excellent
weather and UV protection to all exposed surfaces. Coatings are available in a wide
variety of custom colors and textures.
Machining and Assemby
Various machining operations are available.
These include:
- Certified Welding ( MIG, TIG, and spot
welding ) cold & hot rolled steel, stainless steel & aluminum
- CNC Press Brake - 100 ton Amada (model
RG) with capability of up to 10' wide
